Returning to CO2 emissions, a Reddit thread presented a report stating that Taylor Swift was among the top celebs who frequently used their private plane for travel. The data, which Yard released, showed that Taylor produced 8,293 tonnes more carbon emissions in 2022 than any other celebrity, according to the report. As a result of her 170 flights on her private plane, she flew for more than 22,923 minutes, or 15.9 days. "Since we just experienced the hottest July on record, I'd like to remind everyone that you could live on this planet for 500+ years and not emit as much CO2 as Taylor Swift emits in 1 year," the Reddit user wrote in the post's title.
