Bombay High Court directs Armaan Kohli to pay the remaining 50 Lakh for the assault case as Neeru Randhawa wins.

Fashion stylist Neeru Randhawa bravely reported her then-boyfriend, actor Armaan Kohli, for an assault in June 2018. Armaan was detained in Lonavala on June 12 of the same year as the event. Despite a subsequent consensual settlement in which Armaan was required to pay her one crore rupees, the aftermath was tainted by bounced checks and drawn-out judicial battles.

The Bombay High Court recently ruled in Neeru's favour and mandated that Armaan pay the final 50 lakh rupees owed to her. The tenacious fashion stylist expresses relief that justice has been done and the truth has won out. Armaan was ordered by the court to pay the fine by today or risk being imprisoned.

In a recent interview, Neeru discussed it and discussed the difficulties she encountered as a British citizen travelling back and forth between London and India throughout the protracted legal battle. She provides an explanation of her decision to originally withdraw the case, citing practical considerations and requests from Armaan's family. She was forced to once more initiate legal action due to the dishonoured postdated checks, nevertheless.

Neeru is a strong person despite the stress of the experience. She says that she has since come to the realisation that she cannot alter others, emphasising the priceless lesson she has learnt. She promotes the courage to end harmful relationships and the value of loving oneself instead.
