The public responded favorably to the teaser and songs like "What Jhumka?" 'Tum Kya Mile' is
quickly becoming a national playlist hit. This Friday marks the film's sole release. There is therefore little cause for concern other than the slight competition that Barbie and Oppenheimer may present.

According to Box Office Worldwide, 13,000 tickets for Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani were sold in national chains on Monday. The pre-booking sales from three major movie theatre chains—PVR, INOX, and Cinepolis—rose to 16,800 the next day, signalling a further improvement (update as of last night at 11 p.m.). Given that it has well-known actors like Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, the movie must pick up the pace if it wants to perform better at the box office.

By Thursday night, it's expected that Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani would have sold between 80,000 and 90,000 tickets, which will make for a strong start at the box office. There are huge expectations for this Karan Johar-directed film, but only time will tell if it becomes yet another success for Bollywood.
