Updated written episode of Katha Ankahee for July 12, 2023: Viaan challenges Teeji.

Viraj wasn't content with his marriage, according to Katha, and he later fell in love with Seema. Prior to starting a romance, Viraj requested a divorce, but Teeji was reluctant to relinquish control. Seema met with Teeji, according to Meenu, to talk about the situation.

Regarding her and Viraj not going over the queue, Seema gave Teeji assurances. Teeji tells her not to do that. Seem made an effort to explain to her that if Teeji is unhappy, it will be impossible for them to have a happy relationship. She pleaded with Teeji to let Vira have happiness and told him she could continue running the company without worrying about Viaan. Seema only desires Viraj. No marriage is ideal, and Viraj must live this way while Teeji demands everything. Teeji made Seema aware of her desire to never leave Viraj.

Katha continues by stating that Viraj was forced to move and live with Seema because he had no other choice. Viaan moves back. Viaan remembers his father forewarning him regarding a significant choice. Having displayed Vanya's birth certificate, Katha claims that she was born not long after. Both Teeji and Viraj's refusal to allow him to meet the other caused Viraj's depression.

When Teeji and Viraj were arguing over him, Viaan recalled that she accused Viraj of using money to buy someone and abandoning his family. Viraj performed his duties in relation to Viaan and will do so in the future. He remembered Teeji pleading with him to halt as he went. Then, Viraj hoped that his son might emulate him rather than his mother.

Farha and Teeji are talking with their attorney. Farah reminds him about the substantial sum of money spent to keep the divorce filing quiet. The attorney queries why it would be discovered after 20 years if no one had previously done so. Because Seema and her daughter are back, Teeji wants reassurance. The attorney promises that Viaan won't learn anything.

Teeji had hidden the divorce petition under a mound of rugs, but Seema had been in touch with Viraj's solicitors and had saved a copy, which Katha now gives him.

Farah comforts Teeji by saying that all they did was done to safeguard their business, children, and family. They recollect Teeji sobbing over Viraj's loss following his passing. Before they begin to demand their portion of the property, Farah urged her to handle Seema and her daughter. They must be completely erased from existence, and Teeji must ensure this. Farah promises that since they are not at fault, Seema won't be able to bring any charges against them.

When Viaan drops the newspaper, Katha reveals that Teeji hired a journalist to publish stories degrading Seema following Viraj's passing, in which she was referred to as a "home wrecker." Seema was sacked after Teeji discredited her in front of the board of directors and made sure she never worked again. Additionally, Teeji paid the police to pursue Seema outside of Mumbai. Meenu fled after learning everything but being unable to tell anyone. When Katha tried to show him the presents Viraj sent, Teeji kept coming back. Viraj didn't stop.

Additionally, he sent him a letter. Viaan reads the letter in which his father expressed his love for him and stated that he had to leave to save his kid from growing up in the shadow of a destructive relationship. Time will show him that Seema is a lovely woman and not a home wrecker, so he didn't leave Viaan for her. He will move into a new house where his sister Vanya lives. Katha comforts Viaan as he sobs uncontrollably. Viaan regrets cursing his father for so long, staying away from him, and not being there when he passed away. How could Teeji deceive him, he wonders. She must be terrified, Katha believes.

That deception altered his life and led to questioning. Although he admits that his mother didn't have a comfortable life, he neglects to consider Vanya and the conditions she must have endured.

Teeji inquires about Viaan's tardiness when he returns home. Viraj passed away before Viaan could give him a hug or say goodbye, and he was late in discovering the truth. Viaan apologises as he studies his father's picture. He had previously been unable to do so, but he can now admit that Viraj wasn't mistaken. Viaan is attempting to persuade himself that Teeji had reasons for doing what she did because he is unable to understand why she did it. He wants to know why her tales caused him to despise his father. Teeji believes that because he cheated, he deserved it. Teeji provided him a lot of time with her, but he simply moved on to another woman. 

She tried to patch things up and rebuild their family once she forgiven him. When Viaan wants to end a relationship, she says that there is nothing to be done. Teeji was unable to relinquish her love and respect for another woman. She was content with her life, but his father told her that he no longer loved her and that nothing would change as a result of him. Viaan inquired as to her level of love for him. How could there be love without happiness? Viraj wasn't happy.

Concerned about Viaan, Katha sits with Neerja; Neerja must be having the hardest time in his life. Katha longs to be with him at this very moment. Neerja claims that Viaan is aware of her presence there. She is the reason Viaan can heal his childhood traumas and is the reason he is so serene and quiet.

No marriage or relationship is flawless, according to Teeji. She was willing to put up the work for Viraj and Viaan, but he desired something different. Viraj left Teeji because he had fallen out of love despite the fact that she had given him years of her life, a family, and a kid. Viraj was not justified in informing his wife that he no longer loved her. In the event that Viraj also snatched Viaan from Teeji, she would have been left alone. In that scenario, Teeji was the only one who was tricked.
