Update for the written episode of Bhagya Lakshmi's third episode of July 2023: Unconscious Rishi fails Vikrant and Saloni's plot

Anjana feels awful for Saloni and claims she was terrified when she saw Rishi putting pressure on Nurse's neck. She promises to go and calm Saloni. 

Anjana is invited to return home by Neelam. Anjana tells Saloni that they are now a family and then leaves. Malishka said she thinks Rishi is acting in order to spend time with Lakshmi. They will stay here, according to Dadi, who also encourages her not to question their relationship. Malishka is asked by Neelam not to whine or think anything. Concerned for Vikrant is Saloni.
