Third July 2023 Written Episode Update for Katha Ankahee: Viaan and Vanya collaborate.

Ehsan suggested Vanya to Viaan, and she inquires about Teji. After claiming to be on the phone, Viaan is cut off by a call. Vanya receives praise from Katha for somehow making it into Viaan's team. Vanya believes that she must make her way through life and work to acquire what she needs. Katha hopes she didn't steal a seat from a qualified candidate and that she won it fairly; otherwise, it was a risk she took. Successful individuals, according to Vanya, take chances in life. She goes.

After talking about her job with Viaan, she is asked to speak with Katha about the specifics. Vanya proposes that he eat lunch here because they have a lot of work to do. In their early years at the company, when they both had stern supervisors, Viaan remembers eating lunch with Ehsan during working hours. Vanya asks if he enjoys Thai food and recommends a decent restaurant to place an order from. Her mother requested Vanya not to inform her father since he is highly protective of Seema when they ordered Thai food together. Vanya shares with Viaan her father's preferred Thai order. Viaan believes that their fathers are related. Mangoes in season were once stored by Vanya's father. 

Vanya was unable to understand a joke that Viaan was making. She explains to Viaan that his father once said that individuals should live for their food. Vanya is questioned about the name of the man Viaan's father liked to quote. She addresses him as her brother and promises to start placing food orders going forward. He calls their fathers to be the same, notwithstanding her apology. Viaan is aware and eager to determine whether she is in fact his long-lost sister. They both laugh when Katha walks into the office with updates for Viaan on the Lonavala project. While they are ordering, Viaan asks if he would want to enjoy Thai food with them. Lunch was brought by Katha from home. She wants to know what Vanya is doing.

Ehsan assures his protégé that they will put in the most effort while doing the least amount of work and having fun. Arriving to meet Ehsan is Katha. He wants to know what's bothering her because he can read faces. Katha questions whether he suggested Vanya to Viaan because of her abilities or because of some other quality, and if so, why he didn't take her on as a mentor. Ehsan claims that ideally, he ought to have been impressed by her, but their relationship hasn't been good from the beginning. When Vanya approached him, he requested advice. He is questioned by Katha for accomplishing it so quickly.

Vanya had left the dance floor crying, and Ehsan had followed her. About all she had inside, Ehsan questioned her. Vanya had no such aspirations and has since stopped speaking. She apologised and begged Ehsan not to judge her. Ehsan is unable to judge someone until he has heard their entire tale. Vanya is not a sl*t; this is something new for her. She was at a loss for words because Viaan doesn't communicate much and she desperately wants to learn from him.

She considered using Ehsan to get close to Viaan. He claims that although she made the incorrect decision, she had the right intentions. Vanya was unaware that her desperation had rendered her insensitive to right and wrong. She was moral enough to own her error, Ehsan clams. Ehsan will discuss her with Viaan.

Vanya is in the age of trying to please her elders, but Ehsan advises Katha not to think too much. Ehsan has faith in Vanya; she is passionate and self-assured, and she may pick up a lot working for Viaan. Katha concurs.

Viaan is approached by Katha when she is speaking to Teeji. She has a subject to discuss. If she has the clarity, Viaan asks. Katha disputes that she wants security cameras installed in Viaan's cabin. Katha asks him to do so out of an abundance of caution. He questions whether he made a mistake once more. Katha explains that the cameras are used to monitor bystanders. Although Viaan has evolved and has begun to trust others, not everyone is deserving of his trust. Viaan has already endured a great deal. Viaan remembers the event he had with Shamita. He will speak with admin tomorrow and agrees with Katha.

When Viaan gets home, his mother is dancing alone. He follows her. Teeji pauses the music and wonders why she stopped when she is so good. Teeji was rehearsing a ballroom dance at the club for the yearly event. She enquires as to Viaan's availability. She is aware of his hesitation to dance in public. He is there for her, Teeji tells him, and that should be enough. She has all she needs. Viaan embraces her.

At night, Katha chooses to phone Viaan rather than abandon her plan while sitting next to sleeping Aarav. She looks over their pictures and discovers an oddity.

The following morning, Vanya and Viaan report to work. He wants to look at something he sees in her luggage. He receives the comic book from Vanya. This comic is vintage, and Viaan also enjoys reading them. Vanya admits that she did not purchase it after observing Viaan's attention being diverted. Viaan is busy when Katha enters the office, so she announces that she will return. Viaan, who is now free, pursues her.

Viaan informs Katha that surveillance cameras have been put in his office. Katha jokingly asks him to wait until she brings her bag since he needs her help. Viaan needs a dance partner; he is not requesting money. He begs Katha to dance with him.
