Update for the July 4, 2023, written episode of Katha Ankahee: Katha discovers Vanya's truth.

Even though Katha has no aspirations for him, Viaan informs her that he needs to practise for a dance with Teeji at an occasion. Viaan wishes to shock her. Without preparation, he cannot promise a strong performance. He is a skilled dancer, which causes Katha to wonder. Viaan doesn't think so because he has a video of Teeji's dance that they can just watch and copy. What's wrong, Katha wonders. According to Viaan, it's a ballroom dance that needs a partner to practise with. Now that his cabin is equipped with cameras, they may practise there. Katha says she'll practise after work.

Vanya follows Katha as she uses the sink. Katha takes her ring, turns to leave, but then turns to face Vanya. Vanya is curious about the current subject Katha wants to question. Katha wonders if Vanya needs to be questioned about anything. A guilty conscience requires no accuser, and Katha makes no such accusations against Vanya. Katha has gained a lot of life experience and can read people well. Vanya asked someone she didn't know for advice because she wanted Viaan to be her mentor. Katha asks Vanya for her narrative and wants to know what caused her to alter who she was in order to get Viaan's approval. Vanya adjourns. Katha needs to determine this.

 In the office, Vanya and Viaan both work. She receives the fantastic news from Viaan that she has been awarded the Seol Project. Vanya congratulates her and says that she will finish the job by night. He invites her to go out and celebrate, party with friends. To go out with family is preferable. Vanya considers Viaan to be a family-oriented person and inquires about his relatives. Viaan is the lone member of his mother's small family. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his mother. Vanya follows suit, becoming close friends with her mother after the passing of her father. Vanya's sibling status is questioned by Viaan. Viaan has an adopted brother named Ehsan, who may be older or younger than Viaan. 

According to Viaan, their lives were similar in that his father had also abandoned him. Vanya explains that their names and dates of birth are similar, and Viaan nods in agreement. He had never heard her name before. Vanya speculates that there might be some linkages since she feels that lost connections can eventually be rediscovered. According to Viaan, there are moments when our confused state of mind prevents us from seeing things from multiple angles. Our relationships were forged via our circumstances and experiences. Vanya concurs that, although having several sides, such as misunderstandings and betrayal, people see the world through their own lenses. 

She remembers her mother having dementia in its later stages. When Katha entered the office and questioned whether she should leave, Vanya was just about to respond. Viaan halts her, setting him free. She wonders if Viaan will meet Vanya tomorrow. She requests authorization to remain with them. Vanya is unable to assist because of a personal project he is working on with Katha. Vanya adjourns. Viaan checks the office and informs me that both of them would be using it soon. Katha is aware that he didn't try to sound unpleasant.

Vanya leaves her journal behind as she arrives at her desk in frustration.

As Viaan and Katha enter the room, he demonstrates to her Teeji's dance moves. The video is sent to Katha's phone. Viaan is asked to demonstrate his skills as she plays music. Solo dancing by Viaan. He is instructed by Katha. Viaan pursues and dances into a wall. Katha laughs out loud. Viaan feels that he should exercise alone in the upstairs. Katha expressed regret for laughing. She dances with him and demonstrates the moves for him. When Katha unintentionally slips out of his grasp during a swing, he seizes her and pulls her close to him. After sharing a private time, Katha sighs and the two of them separate. A water delivery is made by Viaan.

Viaan fills a glass with water for himself.

When Katha discovers a diary, she knows it belonged to Vanya.

Vanya looks for her diary at home, unsure if she left it at work.

Vanya's diary is brought to her workplace by Katha. She looks over her résumé and realises that Seema Datta and she share the same address. Vanya, whose D is for Datta, makes the connections. She remembered that Vanya missed the meeting due to her mother's illness. She receives water from Viaan.
