When Kaveri tells Damini that Radha is still alive while the doctors operate on her, Damini becomes concerned because she believes that their strategy will fail if Radha survives. This is while the entire Trivedi family is outside watching the doctors operate on Radha. Rahul believes he must avoid both Damini and Kaveri because he fears they will become stuck and that he would also become ruinous. Damini responds that she is unsure of what to do. She considers asking Rahul for assistance and turns around, but he flees.In response to Kaveri's admission that he is a coward, Damini points out that when a ship is sinking, the mouse is always the first to flee, and Kaveri prays to Bhagwan.
When the doctor enters and Mohan asks how Radha is doing, the doctor responds that she is not fine, which makes Kaveri start to smile but stop when Damini tells her to. Mohan is quite worried until Kadambari clutches his hands to comfort him. Mohan responds that Radha had opened her eyes and even spoken to him. The doctor responds that she may have wanted to see them for the last time and that they have no information about anything. The doctor notes that although a person can sometimes accomplish the seemingly impossible via sheer willpower, her body is already beginning to fail.
Ajeet explains that since Radha has already managed to survive under such trying circumstances, how is it possible that she will give up now? According to him, Radha started a fire in the cold storage, tried to defend herself with cardboard, and even tried to flee from the vent, so how is it possible that she will concede defeat? The doctor responds that she may still be alive as a result of their efforts because it is impossible to survive in such sweltering temperatures. He adds that he won't lie to them but that she is in a critical condition and that they might not be able to save her. The entire family becomes emotional upon hearing this, especially Gungun and Mohan. The doctor kisses Gungun on the head as a sign of his affection before telling Mohan to keep fighting since they are still trying.
Kadambari, unable to stand it, sits down. Gungun reassures Radha that she would be well, and she asks Mohan what the doctor said to him because Radha vowed to always be at her side. Mohan sits down on the bench, kissing Gungun's hands, and he continues to gaze at her. Kaveri shouts, "Is this the age to die? The first wife of Mohan died and now the second wife is also about to die," as Tulsi begs Ba Kai Bihari jee to save Radha or else everything will be ruined. After Kaveri begs Bhagwan not to do it and Ketki orders her to stop claiming that Radha is not dead and nothing would happen to her, Mohan loses his temper but quickly recovers.
Mohan hugs an emotional Gungun, who wipes away the tears and assures him that Radha will recover quickly. She advises him to focus only on praying for Radha, comparing him to a super hero because despite all the difficulties, he was still able to locate Radha. Gungun adds how Radha maintains that if they focus on the positive outcomes, then nothing bad will occur. Kaveri responds that there is no justification for this lesson because Mohan has already accepted the fact that Radha will never be healthy. She must do the same. Gungun becomes enraged,Tulsi swears to teach them both a lesson. Gungun throws something at Kaveri and threatens to not let her get away with it if she continues to speak poorly of Radha. Gungun claims to know that both of them despise Radha and are responsible for everything. Kaveri begs her to stop.
Gungun accuses them both of lying and points out that Radha keeps throwing medicine boxes out of the medicine tray as they pursue her and try to get her into new situations. Damini tells Gungun to stop shouting, but she just keeps hurling more medications their way. Kaveri begs for Gungun to be stopped because she is certain that both of them have done something to Radha. When Mohan stands up, Damini urges him to observe Gungun's inappropriate behaviour, and Kaveri calls him as well, which causes Gungun to get alarmed. Mohan, however, walks away from them both and towards the door of the room where Radha is being kept. Damini says that if no one confronts Gungun, then someone else will have to. She warns that if anyone questions why she did it, it is not her fault. Gungun keeps throwing the medications at them. When Damini begins to approach Gungun, Ketki suddenly slaps her on the head with something, shocking Damini. She asks if Ketki has gone crazy, but Ketki responds that Gungun is correct since this is what they both deserve.
Standing at the door, Mohan can't take his eyes off Radha because he is remembering what he said about his marriage to Radha being the cause of any negative things that have happened to him. He also wishes that she never leave him again. He even stated that he wished Gungun had never met Radha and that she should not have entered their lives, explaining he never wants to see her face. He is unable to forget how he closed the door as she was standing outside his chamber.Mohan apologises to Radha while standing at the door, wondering that if he had listened to her on the phone and reached out to protect her, she might not have been in such bad shape. Mohan considers how he pulled Radha out from under the boxes.
