The episode begins with Bani thanking Baba Ji for finding Jiju in good health and at the correct time. Ayush attributes all credit to Lakshmi Bhabhi and claims that if Rishi Bhai is alive, it is because of him. Shalu asks, "How did this happen?" She speculates that this may not be an accident. Ayush becomes sceptical as well, speculating that someone may have intended to harm or kill him. He claims that someone attempted to murder him. He remembers the guy informing him that the truck driver caused the collision and left. Lakshmi recalls Rishi saying that he went to Vikrant's house and acquired the evidence against him. She motions for Rishi to rise. Saloni is on her way to the ICU and recalls Vikrant's words. Neelam sobs and feels sorry for Rishi. She informs him that he is severely injured and that he cannot see her bandage. Virender and Dadi tell her to take care of herself. Karishma claims that he is fine. Neelam claims that if he were fine, he would be at home. Dadi tells Neelam to take care of herself. Malishka reveals who caused the accident and declares that she will not abandon that person.
Anjana notices Saloni and wonders where she has gone. Lakshmi shows up. Neelam, Karishma, and Malishka chastise her for leaving Rishi and leaving. Malishka has stated that she will accompany Rishi. She adds, "I know, and I saw you moving your hands," and then urges him to get up. Rishi then stands up, terrifies her, and laughs loudly. Lakshmi is taken aback.
