The next project for actor Shivin Narang is the online series "Criminal Minds," which stars Tamannaah Bhatia. He discussed how the entertainment industry has altered as a result of the rise of OTT as he prepared to make his digital debut.

I don't think it's fully accurate to say that we can't produce a movie without OTT platforms. But currently, a certain budget is necessary to produce the kinds of films that viewers want to see and in the levels of quality they have come to expect, particularly from shows from other countries. The theatre industry's existing recoveries are insufficient.

"This is where OTT platforms play a significant role," said Shivin Narang. The audience and business are comparable, except half of the audience now watches movies on OTT, and the other half still goes to the movies. The audience is divided in this way. Thus, OTT and film both depend on one another. OTT platforms require films to be created, and films require OTT platforms to exist.

Shivin Narang has seen some films in theatres, but fewer than the quantity of new releases.

According to the films that attract his attention or if there's something motivating that he wants to experience for his creative focus, he said, "It varies, but on average, I would say once or twice a month."

The actor likes seeing films on streaming services and in theatres.

"Each location offers a noticeably unique experience. Watching films at home also has its own special appeal, even though movie theatres provide a more grand experience. Depending on the kind of encounter one wants, one's preference will vary, he claims.
